National Botanic Garden of Wales Gets Hands-On

On 09, Jan 2012 | No Comments | In logo design | By admin

The Growing the Future project is an exciting new initiative being run by the National Botanic Garden of Wales to design and deliver good quality horticultural training opportunities for the community,
within the community. Whether you are a seasoned gardener, a fledging grower or a budding bee keeper – ‘Growing the Future’ can help to provide training, information and support for you.
Savage and Gray Design were commissioned to create a logo and brand styling for the project. Based on a tight brief from the Garden Marketing Team we presented a variety of graphic directions to generate group discussion. From this we developed a stylised icon-based design and provided a suite of logos for the project, including single figures and a family of gardeners go to and from the garden.

The project is funded by the Welsh Government and the European Agriculture Fund for Rural Development.
