Cowbridge Music Festival

Cowbridge Music Festival welcomed over forty outstanding musicians to Cowbridge for nine days of world-class concerts, masterclasses and outreach events. Now in its sixth year the festival is as exciting and diverse as ever, featuring some of Europe’s top classical, jazz and folk musicians.

The 2015 festival featured the UK’s leading cello octet, Cellophony, Welsh violin prodigy, Charlie Lovell-Jones, the young string ensemble, Camerata Alma Viva, Romanian pianist Alexandra Dariescu, and one of the country’s finest clarinettists, Julian Bliss, performing with both Irish soprano Ailish Tynan and his jazz septet.  The colourful line-up was completed by the wonderfully original jazz singer, Alice Zawadzki, and Cowbridge’s own singer song-writer Greta Isaac.
