The ‘Pembrokeshire Families Support Network provides the opportunity for local family support teams, along with voluntary and community sector groups, to work together to support and help families in need.
The aim of the Families Support Network aim is to provide the right support at the right time, to give families the confidence to continue making positive changes independently. Our animation discusses the reasons why a family might need some help, and explains what the Network can offer them.
