The Senedd Constituencies Review – Animations for The Democracy and Boundary Commission for Wales

The Democracy and Boundary Commission for Wales has begun the Senedd constituencies review. The Review will create the 16 constituencies used in the 2026 Senedd election. Our animation explains the process.

As with our previous work for DBCW, we developed a set of quirky bespoke characters to help tell the story, and we devised a series of fun situations to put them into. Our concepts included characters floating into the Senedd in a ‘Mary Poppins’ style and public responses being collected via a character riding a motorbike and side-car.

We created the final videos in English and Welsh.
