Our website development for Coastal Housing, a not-for-profit company that develops homes and commercial premises for rental and sale across west wales.
Coastal housing required a new platform that would allow their admin teams to create flexible content as required, via a selection of content types from image sliders, maps & tabbed content to call to action areas, youtube video display and ‘find a property’ search selectors.
Coastal is a not-for-profit company that develops homes and commercial premises for rental and sale. Based at offices on Swansea High Street and also at hub locations in Neath and Port Talbot town centres.
Formed in 2008 through the merger of Swansea Housing Association and Dewi Sant Housing Association, they have been providing homes to local people in and around the Swansea area since the 1970s.
They currently manage over 5,000 homes across Bridgend, Carmarthenshire, Neath & Port Talbot and Swansea.
In addition to renting homes, they develop properties for sale through our dedicated home sales company Pennant Homes, offering affordable home ownership options like Help to Buy Wales when they develop homes for sale.
They are also growing as a commercial landlord, providing more and more commercial premises like offices, pubs, restaurants and shops.
